1. Log in to the Client Portal.
2. Select the "Deposits" tab.
3. Select the "Mobile Money" Option.
4. Select an account and fill in the amount you wish to deposit.
6. Once the page loads, choose either MTN or Airtel then click on Send payment request.
7. A pop to input your Mobile money pin will appear on your phone, complete this.
Wait for the transaction to be processed and appear in your account
*Please note that in cases where the name registered with us does not match the client's name on the deposit, the deposit will remain pending until verified by our payments team within 24 hours of a working day.
*EGM does not accept third-party deposits.
