To withdraw funds from your account, click on the “Withdrawals” tab. Withdrawals can be made through Mobile Money, Bank Transfers, Skrill and Neteller.
1. Mobile Money
1.1 To request a withdrawal to your ''Mobile'', click on tab under “Withdrawals,” and you will be redirected to a new page.
1.2 Select the account you are withdrawing from, amount to withdraw, payment provider and the portal password then submit.
2. Bank Transfer:
2.1 To request a withdrawal to your bank account, click on the “Bank Transfer” tab under “Withdrawals,” and you will be redirected to a new page.
2.2 First, choose the account that you wish to withdraw your funds from and type down the amount you wish to withdraw.
2.3 Fill out your bank account details as required in the form. Once you’ve filled out all the required information, please click submit.
If this is your initial withdrawal request via Bank Transfer, EGM will require a Bank Statement upload for our team to verify your bank details to assure accuracy and ensure quicker and safer payments.
2.4 A pop-up page will request you to upload your bank statement (within the last 3 months). You will be able to select your statement or image from your computer by clicking ‘Choose a file’ then searching for the statement with corresponds to the details you submitted in the request.
2.5 Alternatively, you can take a photo using your mobile by clicking ‘Choose a file’ then take a photo of your
statement or search in your images/documents for the statement.
2.6 Once adding the statement, please remember to click ‘Upload Documents’ for the file to be sent to our Back Office team to save and approve your withdrawal request.
3. Skrill:
3.1 To withdraw funds to your Skrill account, click on Skrill under the Withdrawals tab.
3.2 Select the account that you wish to withdraw your funds from, enter the amount that you wish to withdraw, then enter your Skrill E-mail address and finally type down your EGM Portal password.
Your withdrawal will be received by our payments team, who will process it within one working day. You will only be able to withdraw via Skrill if you deposited via the same channel
4. Neteller:
4.1 To withdraw funds to your Neteller account, click on Neteller under the Withdrawals tab.
4.2 Select the account that you wish to withdraw your funds from, enter the amount that you wish to withdraw, then enter your Neteller E-mail address, and finally type down your EGM Portal password.
Your withdrawal will be received by our payments team, who will process it within one working day. You will only be able to withdraw via Neteller, if you deposited via the same channel
