If you cannot request an additional account on your client portal due to a technical issue, please contact our support team through the communication channels mentioned here.
If you already made a request and received an Email that it has been rejected, it would be due to the following:
- Each client is allowed to request a maximum of three trading accounts. If you require an additional trading account, you can contact your account manager or our support team.
To request the account, you need to provide us with a reason for the additional account in order to request necessary approvals.
