To fund your account via Skrill:
1. Log in to the client portal
2. Select the "Deposits" option
3. Select "Deposit Options (Inc. Mpesa Express)"
4. Select the account and fill in the amount you wish to deposit.
* The currency of the deposit will automatically correspond to the currency of the account that you are depositing into.
5. Select the option "Skrill" icon.
6. Fill in your First and Last name and click on "Deposit"
Once you click Submit, you will be redirected to Skrill’s window.
7. Enter your Skrill Email and password, and log in to your Skrill account. Once you have successfully logged in, click on “Pay Now”.
8. Finally, once you’re done with your deposit, click “Continue” to complete the transaction and your deposit will be instantly applied to your EGM account.
* Please note that in cases where the email registered to your EGM account does not match the Skrill email address used, the deposit will remain pending until verified by our payments team within 24 hours of a working day, and you might be requested for a proof of the Skrill account being in your name.
*EGM does not accept third party deposits. Third party deposits will be refunded to the sender.
