We will request a bank account verification if you initiate a bank withdrawal and fail to upload the statement before submitting the withdrawal request. When making your first-time bank withdrawal, you can easily upload a bank statement directly through our Client Portal.
You can also email our payments team the bank statement at backoffice@egmsecurities.com.
The bank statement should meet the following criteria:
- Easy to read (preferably a scanned copy)
- Dated within the last 3 months
- Clearly shows the bank name and logo (if there is no logo, the statement must be verified by a branch of the bank)
- The name on the statement must match the name on your EGM account
- Includes the full IBAN/Account Number
