Your deposit might not be applied to your trading account because of the following reasons:
- Third-party payment requiring reversal of the funds.
- The transaction is awaiting approval by the Payments team
- The funds were applied to your Landing wallet. To transfer funds to your trading account, log in to your client portal and click on transfers.
- Technical issues which may result in a delay in the application of the funds.
- Funds may not have been received on our end. Please share the proof of transfer to assist in tracing of funds.
