Please note that your withdrawals will not be processed automatically and instantly if:
- Its a first time withdrawal which will require manual approval by the payments team who will verify the recipient account details
- The withdrawal is a bank, Skrill or Neteller withdrawal. See withdrawal timelines per payment provider here
- The client deposits and subsequently withdraws the funds with zero trading activity
- The recipient account details need to be verified prior to the payment being processed. An email with the requested information will be sent to the client for their action
- One initiates withdrawal through a different source from which they used to fund their account
- A client has a credit bonus on their account at the time of initiating the withdrawal
- We are experiencing a technical issue resulting to the delay in processing of the withdrawal
