- Withdrawal of funds with zero trading activity.
- Your trading account has a credit bonus at the time of initiating the withdrawal.
- Your withdrawal method is through a Card, Bank, Skrill, or Neteller. See withdrawal timelines per payment provider here.
- Your recipient account details need verification before processing the payment. An email requesting the necessary information will be/has been sent to you for action.
- Withdrawing from a different source than the one used for funding your account.
- The wrong Mobile Network Operator is selected for mobile money payments.
- Inactive account, requiring manual approval by our Payments Team
- Technical issues causing a delay in processing your withdrawal.
